Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order processing

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases once your order is processed, it is dispatched within 3-4 working days.

2. Shipping time

It usually takes 3-7 working days for a dispatched order to reach your doorstep.

There could be a possible delay of 2-3 business days in delivering your order because of unexpected circumstances. However, you can track your package using a unique tracking Id which will be sent to you via Email/SMS by our delivery partner.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. In case your order has been delivered for over 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

Return and exchange request is accepted in case of issues related to sizes and products with manufacturing defect or fault from our end .

Return request is accepted only if the product cannot be exchanged. A 100% coupon code of your order will be issued to you in such cases, which you can use to purchase any item on our website. We do not accept returns for monetary refunds.

Returns and exchanges are processed only after the verification is done.

You are requested to share an image/video of the product along with the tag received for verification purpose within 48 hours of the delivery in case of manufacturing defect or fault from our end at .

All returns and exchanges must be in an unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products, once replaced, are not eligible for another replacement or exchange.

No returns or exchanges are allowed for orders placed by mistake.

Reverse pickup for exchange of product is arranged for hassle free online shopping experience.

Order modification and Cancellation Policy

If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc.) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email at with the subject ‘Revised Order‘ or ‘ Cancel Order‘ within 2 HOURS of placing your order.

After 2 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address , no refunds will be allowed as we have already processed and shipped your order to that address.

We may be compelled to cancel your order under certain circumstances.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems related to payment identified by our team.

** Change in the order should be made within 2 hours of placing an order.

** We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
